Order Terms
Orders will be processed within 2 days of payment clearing. Orders that are returned to us due to notices left, or not picking up package at the post office will be kept for a period of 15-days or a total of 25 days from delivery date, whichever comes first. In which, the customer must contact us to ship item out again for an additional shipping charge. At the end of the 15-day period, if no response, customer forfeits order and must re purchase the item at the full price at that time, to be eligible to receive shipment.
Refund Policy
For Payments using PayPal & Google Checkout we will only refund if there has been some problem with your order (ie. you are billed twice) If you decide to change your mind, and (10 days since your purchase, or if your order has not yet been shipped) we will refund your purchase less 8% of total order on all stocked items (software, hardware, accessories, etc.) There are absolutely NO refunds or exchanges for opened software. Typographical Errors

Regarding typographical errors, DM Computers reserves the right to refuse to process, cancel, or make the sale in accordance with the correct information.
